We have started the business share holder concept only, still we continue the same process & concept. We struggled for the investment (source), so we planned to go with sharing concept with neighbour, friends, and relation circle, that we make it sucessfull.
Initated in 2011 the company has rapidly achieved its current status of diverse clientele boasting satisfaction through quality and reliablity. As the name suggests, from plots of land to towering buildings, our aim to do each and every person making ownership an easy and stress free process.
We at Mithran Real Promoters (now MRP Land Private Limited) take our commitments very seriously & sincerely to the clients by making sure that we use all facilities what are all possibilities available. We believe that flexibility and transparency is what sets this company apart in the real estate industry and take great satisfaction in seeing a property achieve its full potential.
Note: In the initial days, all our projects were approved by only panchayat approvals. But now, as per our Tamilnadu government guidelines (new G.O.No.78 & 172), we have regularized (approved by DTCP) all our existing layouts for our customers' satisfaction.
